Oakland City, IN- Come on out to Oakland City University tomorrow, Thursday, October 27th for a big day in OCU athletics! Starting at 11 am CT the Women's basketball team will take on Roosevelt University in the Johnson Center. Starting about halftime of the Women's Basketball game, the Men's Soccer team will kick off in a big Conference Match up against Point Park University at 12 pm CT. The 7-5-4 Men's Soccer team will take on the 6-8-3 Pioneers of Point Park. This matchup is huge for the Mighty Oaks as it could move them a spot up in conference for a conference playoff position. Directly after the Men's Soccer game, the OCU Women's soccer team will take the pitch to play a very dangerous Point Park Women's team. The 2nd place 7-0-1 (Conf.) Pioneers bring an 8-6-1 overall record to Aigner Field tomorrow at 2:30 pm. The Lady Oaks currently sit in 3rd place in the conference standings and well locked into a playoff spot for the conference tournament. This is a record breaking year for the Mighty Oaks Women's team who sit at 8-3-2 overall and 5-2-1 in conference play. The Lady Oaks look to improve that record tomorrow.
