Todd Miller was named the Mighty Oaks Sprint Football Head Coach in July, 2022, becoming the program's first coach.

Prior to coming to Oakland City University, Coach Miller was the defensive coordinator at Asbury High School and Dyer County High School in Alabama. He was the defensive line coach and director of operations at Kentucky Christian University, in Grayson, Kentucky, after coaching at Waldorf University in Forrest City, Iowa.

Miller was the youngest coordinator in college football when he took over nationally ranked Rochester Community College in Minnesota, where he coached a top-10 nationally ranked defense, and coached 15 players who went on to play for NCAA Division 1 programs. His first coaching position at the college level was in 2010, when he was hired as the tight ends coach, while later becoming the offensive line coach at the University of Pikeville.

In 2008, Coach Miller served along side his long-time mentor Don Berninger at Cannon County High School, in Woodbury, Tennessee, working with the defensive players.

Born and raised in Pemberville, Ohio, Coach Miller moved to Skyline, Alabama, when he was 15 years old, where he graduated from high school in 2005. A three-sport athlete in high school, where he earned varsity letters in baseball, basketball and football, Miller played football collegiately at Minnesota State Community an Technical College for two years, but had his collegiate career cut short due to knee injuries.

Todd, along with his wife Alisha, reside in Oakland City with their two sons, Danny and Chipper.
