Logan Brown

Logan Brown joined the Mighty Oaks in the fall of 2024, when he took over as the hitting coach. He had previously served as a student-assistant coach at the University of Southern Indiana where he got his Bachelor’s in Sports Management.

Brown caught for the Screaming Eagles between 2016 and 2018 where they made two appearances in the NCAA Division II World Series.

Brown got drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 35th round of the 2018 MLB June Amateur Draft. The former catcher played in the Braves organization for five years. He was a top 30 prospect within the Braves organization for a period of time. During the 2020 Covid season, Brown was part of the 60-man MLB roster for Atlanta Braves.

After that he played two more years of independent league baseball for the Lexington Counterclocks and the Evansville Otters, as well as in the Liga Mexicana de Beisbol.
