Milan van der Breggen

Milan van der Breggen joined the Oakland City University coaching staff in the fall of 2024 as a graduate assistant. Van der Breggen played under coach Lasher between 2021 and 2024, where he served in several roles out of the bullpen. As a player he reached three River States Conference tournaments and two NCCAA World Series tournaments.

Before joining the Mighty Oaks, Van der Breggen played two years of junior college baseball at Indian Hills Community College. In 2021, the Indian Hills Warriors reached the NJCAA JUCO World Series.

Van der Breggen has also pitched in the Dutch professional circuit, where he played for DSS/Kinheim in the Honkbal Hoofdklasse.

After graduating from Oakland City University with a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master’s of Science in Strategic Management, he coached for Dubois County Bombers of the Prospect League during the 2024 Summer season.
