Will Niederhaus took over as the men's and women's cross country coach in 2017, having been a member of the OCU cross country team from 2013-17. Niederhaus also played on the men's basketball team during his time as a Mighty Oak athlete.

A native of Princeton, Indiana, Niederhaus graduated from Princeton Community High School.
