Allyson Moorman started at Oakland City University in February of 2023 as the Women's Volleyball head coach, with the expressed goal of building up the volleyball program.

Prior to joining Oakland City University, she coached at Webber International University in Florida for two years. As the Head coach at Webber International University WIU, she led her team on an 11-game winning streak to start their season, improving upon the team's performance from before her time at the helm. 

Before WIU, Coach Moorman spent six years coaching at the high school and club levels in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has coached 14 national teams two years in a row that placed in the top five in the state of Ohio.

Coach Moorman earned her Bachelor of Technical Studies degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Rio Grande, followed by a Master of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Her coaching style involves being a very positive coach who believes that academics and faith are important parts of any student-athlete’s life.
