The Lady Oaks conceded another loss against IU Kokomo at home, making it their first home defeat.
From Kokomo's throw in, they threw the ball down the line on the left hand side and the thrower got it back. She switched the play and the right winger dribbled to the center of the field and produced a through ball to the striker that made a diagonal run. She then took a touch around
Kassidy Elkin to finish it into the open net, making it 1-0.
The second half was goalless, although the Mighty Oaks kept fighting to create chances. They dominated the second half, unfortunately, they were unable to grab an equalizer and fell to a 1-0 defeat.
The Lady Oaks had nine shots with four on target while Elkin finished the match with six saves.
