Honer named RSC Men's Golfer of the Week

Oakland City, IN -- Kyle Honer from Oakland City (Ind.) University is the River States Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for Sept. 4-10. 

Honer highlighted his week winning the IU East Invitational with blistering rounds of 62 and 64 for 18-under par in 36 holes. That won the event by 13 shots. Honer earlier in the week placed second at Vincennes flirting a 2-over 72. 

This is the first RSC Recognition for the Mighty Oaks Men's Golf team. 

The Men's Golf team heads off to NCCAA Mideast Regionals next Monday in Paris, KY
