Oakland City, IN - Through the month of September the Oakland City University women's basketball team will be hosting four free basketball camps. All locations will be in southern Indiana. Evansville is the home town of head basketball coach FahKara Hawkins.
Hawkins, formerly FahKara Malone, attended Memorial High School, garnering a plethora of achievements during her outstanding high school basketball career. Some of the achievements include being named an Indiana All-Star, as well as setting the school record for steals. As a senior she was a McDonalds All-American finalist. She was Metro Player of the Year three times and a four-time All-Conference selection.
The Mighty Oaks have grown into an up and coming program and are coming off a 22-win season, NAIA National Tournament bid, and a NCCAA National Championship game appearance, their second in a row.

Saturday, September 9th at Evansville Christian School from 1:00PM-2:30 PM
Saturday, September 16th at Gibson Southern High School from 9:30AM-11:30AM
Saturday, September 23rd at Evansville Central High School from 1:00PM-3:00PM
Saturday, September 30th at Evansville Harrison High School from 11AM-1:00PM
